Easy Returns within 14 days
At Mod Shopping, we value every return as an opportunity to build trust and improve. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it—because your trust matters more than anything.
Returning with Modshopping is straightforward: you can request a return v simply email us at sale@modshopping.com with your order number and details. We will confirm your Refund or Exchange.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must still be attached.

Custom-made or tailored garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will dispatch your exchange item from our store.

Exchanges are possible for a different size, style, or colour (subject to availability).

If you would like to exchange for a custom fit, please return the original garment along with your best-fitting garment, and we will create a custom-sized replacement within 10–15 days. We will also save your measurements for future orders.

Please note: Refunds/Exchanges can only be processed once per order.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

You may also choose Store Credit, where we’ll add the full amount (plus an extra 3%) to your Mod Shopping account for future use.

Clearance items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another product of equal value (subject to availability).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Custom & Plus Sizes
Custom-made and plus-size garments are created to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. However, we offer free alterations within 15 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return

Please note that items from our bespoke categories (such as Shirts, Trousers, Jackets, Suits, Overcoats, etc.), as well as Custom Measurements or Custom Design items/products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Color Notice:
Please note that color shades may vary depending on your device's brightness and contrast settings. As a result, the color you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in color due to device settings.

Shipping and Deliveries
Please allow 12 to 15 working days for orders to be dispatched. In the event that fabric or materials are out of stock, an additional 2-3weeks may be required.
Once dispatched, orders will be shipped via one of the following services:
