At MODSHOPPING, we accept returns exclusively for size-related issues, subject to our return conditions.

Customers may choose one of the following options:

• Exchange: Exchange the returned item for an alternative size, subject to availability.
• Store Credit: Receive a coupon code equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), which can be used towards a future purchase on our website.

2. Return Conditions

• All eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Approved items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for exchange only, subject to our return conditions.

• Return shipping costs and any applicable postage charges are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accompanying documents.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return conditions, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request an Exchange
