I've ordered items before so no nasty surprises. Everything fitted perfectly and was well tailored. This isn't the same as the bespoke tailoring I enjoyed in the 1980's from the London tailor and shirt maker I used but it's still great for mail order tailoring and I will use again. The shirts are especially good and wash very well (do 30 degree).
