At Modshopping.com, nothing matters to us more than your online shopping security. So when you use your credit card, all your data is encrypted and held on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server. Putting it simply, this means your personal information is protected from interception and misuse by hackers.

Under no circumstances will we trade or sell your customer details.
In order to update you with our latest offers, we do send out regular e-mails to our customers. But if you would prefer not to receive these, there’s a simple unsubscribe link in every one.

RETURNS & CONDITIONS
Any faulty items must be reported to Modshopping.com within 48 hours of
receiving the product. A replacement will be made available asap.
To request an exchange you must email us within 5 days of delivery of your order to sale@modshopping.com
Items that are returned must be returned within 14 days.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURNED ITEM!!!.
The return address is shown on the reverse of our packaging and also on our
documents and enclosed invoice.
Once an order has been received, please check the fit.
We are happy to duplicate an item or order, please email us first for price.
DELIVERIES
Please allow 7 working days for orders to be dispatched.
We will not be held responsible for the item or items sent to you by standard post,(We do keep copies of postal receipts). We will do our upmost to help you find your items but we will not refund or send out replacement items.
For your own protection, we suggest you pay for a secure delivery method, one which requires a signature upon delivery
We generally send orders by DHL express, this takes between 3 - 5 working days.
If you choose this (preferred) method we will send you the DHL global tracking number after 3 or 4 working days from the item dispatch date. Please be patient as it takes a few days for the tracking number to become available.
If your item is out of stock at time of ordering it can take up to 14 working days for products to come back in. You will be contacted if your item is out of stock.
