RETURNS & CONDITIONS

Any faulty items must be reported to Modshopping.com within 48 hours of
receiving the product. A replacement will be made available asap.
To request an exchange you must email us within 5 days of delivery of your order to modshoping@gmail.com
Items that are returned must be returned within 14 days.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURNED ITEM!!!.
The return address is shown on the reverse of our packaging and also on our
documents and enclosed invoice.
Once an order has been received, please check the fit.

We will not refund any items that are wrong due to incorrect measurements from customers.

We are happy to duplicate an item or order, please email us first for price.

DELIVERIES

Please allow 10-12 working days for orders to be dispatched.

We will not be held responsible for the item or items sent to you by standard post,(We do keep copies of postal receipts). We will do our upmost to help you find your items but we will not refund or send out replacement items.
For your own protection, we suggest you pay for a secure delivery method, one which requires a signature upon delivery

We generally send orders by DHL express, this takes between 3 - 5 working days.

If you choose this (preferred) method we will send you the DHL global tracking number after 3 or 4 working days from the item dispatch date. Please be patient as it takes a few days for the tracking number to become available.

If your item is out of stock at time of ordering it can take up to 14 working days for products to come back in. You will be contacted if your item is out of stock.

*Import Duty

For shipments to countries outside the Thailand, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you, the customer, are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. Please note that you are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Goods may occasionally be subject to delays due to weather or customs.

MODSHOPPING cannot be held responsible if local customs authorities charge any import duty or wish to confiscate any items. As the customer, you are responsible for paying the duty.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Note: this life time loyalty reward offer on all product, price will adjust automatically for store system.no need to use code or something else.

RETURNS & CONDITIONS

1). Sorry we will not refund any item that is incorrect due to  wrong  “size” orders from the customer .(Only do exchange or alteration Because our order make to order not ready made). Please check our size information and order accordingly. If you are still unsure, please contact us before you order.
2). Items that are returned (please see below) must be returned within 14 days and will only be exchanged. Return postage will be charged.
3). To request an exchange you must email us within 5 days of delivery of your order at sale@modshopping.com .
4). Once your order has been received please check to ensure the fit.
5). The return address is shown on the reverse of our packaging and also on our documents enclosed invoice.
6). In cases where the customer has ordered the wrong size on made to measure goods we are happy to negotiate prices to remake the order. Please email us first for prices.
